TSE-İSO-EN - 22000 Food safety System Certificate
ISO 22000 is a standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization dealing with food safety. This is a general derivative of ISO 9000. Food safety is linked to the presence of food-borne hazards in food at the point of consumption. Since food safety hazards can occur at any stage in the food chain it is essential that adequate control be in place. Therefore, a combined effort of all parties through the food chain is required.
ISO 9001:2000 – QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
For the first time in Azerbaijan Republic and in our holding company, the tea-packing factory JSC Sun Tea Azerbaijan was awarded the ISO 9000 Quality Management System certificate of the year 1994 version. ISO 9000 is verified by ISO every five years when necessary. ISO 9001 shows exactly which conditions need to be met for the quality management system in order to increase customer satisfaction in terms of precluding consumer needs. The figure 2000 indicates the date of application of the standard’s version modified in 2000 (ISO 9001:2000 version).
HACCP HOLLANDA – FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
HACCP (Harard Analysis - Critical Control Points) is a management system, which identifies and control the physical, chemical and biological hazards from inputs to finished product in all phases of procurement, production and distribution in the food industry, and also provides stability. The objective of HACCP is to take measures in order to neutralize elements that may have a negative impact on human health.
ISO 18001 – LABOR SAFETY AND TECHNICAL SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
IISO 18001 is a personnel health and workability standard. A set of measures aimed at protecting employees against accidents and other hazards that may have an impact on health due to various reasons is referred to as the Personnel Health and Workability.
